- Select user type, enter your credentials and continue to login.
- After login select the Encumbrance Search option, You will see a new page with the Disclaimer Read it and continue to submit option.
- Now this page will appear Enter your Document number, Document Year and SRO, In the SRO tab just enter your SRO’s first letters it will automatically display SRO names, and select your.
- It displays lots of document numbers select your exact property document number and continue to submit.

- Click on the Market Value button and select the District, Mandal and Village of your property.
- Here you can find your Market value details, such as Locality, land value(Rs. per sq.Yard) and Land Classification.
Certified Copy in Telangana
A certified copy is a copy of a property document that is an exact photocopy of the original document. It has the same legal value as the original document, but it is not the original document. A certified copy can be obtained from the document registrar’s office or through a MeeSeva center.

- Click on the Certified Copy option
- Here you will see 2 option 1. Certified Copy of Registrar Document on Payment 2. Certified Copy of Document New Registration Only.
- (2nd Option only applicable for new registration documents)
- Select 1st option and you will redirect to MeeSeva page. Select your document District, SRO, Document Year and document number and submit.
- After you will see preview of your document details and enter remaining details and continue to “Show Payment” option. After You have do payment for Certified Copy which is around Rs.535- Rs.600
- After payment Download option will be visible you can download it or you can visit Nearest MeeSeva with application number withing 24hours to get Physical Copy of Certified Copy (Printing Charges Apply).
