The amount of the stipend depends on the type of course and the duration of the course. TS Study Circles provide high-quality coaching, access to libraries, and other facilities. Telangana BC Study Circle
The TS BC Study Circle is a coaching circle primarily for BC students, with a 75% reservation for BC students. Established in 1996, the Telangana State Backward Classes Study Circle falls under the Backward Class Welfare Department. It operates as an independent body to provide free coaching centers within Telangana State, aiming to achieve excellence in competitive exams across India. The Telangana State Backward Classes Employability Skill Development and Training Center, a department of the Backward Classes Welfare, manages the Telangana State BC Study Circle. There are 12 BC Study Circles located across Telangana.

Telangana SC Study Circle
The TS SC Study Circle is a coaching center primarily for SC students, with a 75% reservation for SC students. Established in 1980 as a state government institution, the TS SC Study Circle is a registered society with its own bylaws for self-governance. Initially named the A.P. Study Circle, it was renamed the Telangana State Scheduled Castes Study Circle in 2014 following the bifurcation of the state. The Telangana State Scheduled Castes Department of SC Welfare manages the Telangana State SC Study Circle. Currently, there are 10 SC Study Circles in Telangana, with a new center planned for Jagityala in the near future.

How To Apply for TS Study Circle
The application process for the study circle is the same for all BC, SC, ST, EBC, and minority students. The study circle conducts a student joining period due to limited seats available. Two batches are typically run throughout the year for different exams. The joining period and frequency of coaching for specific exams or courses may vary, with some lasting for two months and others for five months. The primary eligibility criterion for the study circle is the completion of any degree or BTech. Eligibility for Study Circle
- BC, SC, ST, and minority candidates are only eligible to apply.
- Any post-graduation or graduation with a professional degree like B.Tech/B.Pharm, etc. are eligible for admission.
- The annual income of the parent/guardian/family should not be more than Rs.3.00 lakhs per annum.
- Aspirants should not have availed of any similar Civil Service coaching sponsored by the Government elsewhere.
- Aspirants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the UPSC.
- 33 1/3% of vacancies are reserved for women candidates.
- 5% reservation for Physically Challenged Candidates.
- The candidates shall be admitted into any course for one time only.
