TS ePASS provides scholarships to all post-matric students in Telangana. Students who have applied for the scholarship in previous years must renew their TS ePASS scholarship every year until they complete their education. The TS ePASS department has started a post-matric scholarship for all students in Telangana. The last date for TS ePASS scholarship Renewal applications is December 31st.

TS ePASS Renewal Required Documents

Documents to be Scanned compulsorily For Renewal Registration Process.

• Bank Pass Book first page with Bank Account number and IFS Code incase of change.(Not Required For EBC Students)
• Passed/Promoted Marks Memo of Previous year.
• Original Income Affidavit (signed by the Student & the Parent) Download format for affidavit.
• College Bonafied Scanned Memo of Present Academic year

TS ePASS Income Declaration Form or Income Affidavit

The Income declaration form is a crucial document for TS ePASS renewal. It can be obtained from any affidavit provider or shop. The student should fill out the form with their family income details, other important details, and their parents’ and their own signatures. It is recommended to fill out the form digitally and then sign it manually after completion. Income affidavits can be obtained from any affidavit provider or lawyer.

TS ePASS Renewal Process

Before starting the TS ePASS renewal, ensure you have scanned all the required documents and gathered your previous year’s application form.

Step 1: Visit the TS ePASS Scholarship Portal

• Open a web browser and navigate to the official TS ePASS Scholarship Portal: https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/

Step 2: Select Post-Matric Scholarship Option

• Scroll down the homepage and locate the “Student Scholarship Services” section.
• Click on the eighth option, named as “Postmatric Scholarships For Renewal Registration.”

Step 3: Agree to Declarations and Proceed

• On the next page, carefully review and check all the declarations boxes.
• Once you’ve reviewed the declarations, click on the “Apply Now” button.

Step 4: Enter Applicant Details

• Enter your applicant details, aadhaar detail, they should match your previous application. After entering your application form opens with previous details.
• If any errors appear in your previous application, you can edit them by clicking the “Yes” option on the right side of each field.
• And you can edit your mobile number also in the form.

Step 5: Upload Required Documents

• Upload all the mentioned documents in JPEG format, each file size is under 50-100 KB.

Step 6: Review and Submit Application

• Review your application details once again.
• Click on the “Continue to Submit” button to proceed.

Step 7: Enter OTP and Complete Renewal

• You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to the registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP in the provided field and click the “Submit” button and now your TS ePASS Renewal Process is Completed

Step 8: Download Renewal Application Form and Receipt

• Upon successful submission, now new page will appear here you can download your New latest application form and receipt.

After successful submission, print your new application form and gather all the mentioned documents in a single set of photocopies. The original income affidavit is mandatory. Once you have gather all the documents, submit them to your institution. They will review your documents and forward your application for authentication or biometric processing. After forwarding, you must provide biometric authentication at any MeeSeva center. Upon successful biometric authentication, your part is complete. The TS ePASS department will verify your application and release the scholarship amount in due course. Regularly check your TS ePASS scholarship status for updates.

To check TS ePASS Scholarship Status Follow this Process:-

1. Visit the Telangana ePASS website: https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/
2. Click on the “Know Your Application Status” link in the home page.
3. Enter your application number, SSC exam number, academic year, year of pass, date of birth, and SSC pass type.
4. Click on the “Get Status” button.
5. Your application status will be displayed on the screen.
