TSRTC Student Bus Pass Apply Process

To apply for a TSRTC student bus pass online, you’ll need Aadhaar and SSC details, Institute information, and a passport-sized photo. Follow these steps to apply:

• Visit the TSRTC website and 2 option will appear passes for college students or passes for school students, Select your.

• The application process is similar for both options.
• The student pass application form will open.

• Enter your details correctly in the following sections
  • Study details
    • Select your SSC Type and other details
  • Student details
    • Enter your personal details such as Name, Father Name, DOB and upload Photo.
  • Address
    • Enter Home Address
  • Institute details
    • Select Your school/College and Class/Course Details and Year
  • Mode of Payment
    • Now select your payment option, you have 2 options: Online Payement, Payment At Counter. It is Suggested to select Payment at Counter option.
  • Route details
    • Select your Collect Counter where you want collect ID/Pass. And select Pass type:
      • Student General Pass Monthly
      • Student General Pass Quarterly
      • STU Greater Pass MTY
      • STU Greater Pass QTLY
      • STU City Route Pass MTLY
      • STU City Route Pass QTLY
• Click on Submit Option PopUp will appear, check your details and Click on ok to Complete the Process.

After Application Number will appear click on, your application print option will opens, use print option to download the form.

After completing the online application, you need to submit it to your institute for forwarding it to the authorities. Then, visit the designated counter with the required fee amount and collect your TS student bus pass after making the payment.

1. Open the TSRTC official website.
2. Scroll down to the Student Services section.

5. Your student bus pass application will open.
6. Take a printout of the application and submit it to your institute.
7. Obtain the signature and stamp of the principal on the printout.
8. Collect your bus pass from your selected counter.
