1. Visit Official MeeSeva Portal: Visit Official MeeSeva Portal Click Here
2. Login/Create An Account: If you already have then continue to log in otherwise Create an account by your Mobile number and Email. Click Here to See “how to create a Meeseva Citizen login.“
3. Navigate To the OBC application Form: After Login click on the Certificates option After Clicking on the Revenue option you will see the OBC Certificate Click on it to start. Home>> Certificates>>Revenue>>OBC Certificate.
4. Fill Application Form: Enter Your Personal details, Address, and Caste details Correctly and select your Caste.
5. Upload Documents: Upload your scanned documents including ID Proof, Address Proof, DOB Proof, Study Certificates and Caste Proofs.
6. Preview And Submit: Now click on “Show Payments” and check your details once again, if there is an error correct it and upload the documents correct ones. And continue to Final Submit.
7. Payment Process: Make the payment, which is approximately Rs. 45/-.
8. Get acknowledgement receipt: After successful payment, you will be redirected to the Meeseva portal again with the Application Reference receipt, Download it, and take print of the Receipt.
9. Submit in Department: Normally, there is no need to submit the documents at the department office. However, if you need it quickly and want to avoid the possibility of rejection, it is suggested to submit all the documents mentioned above to the MRO (Mandal Revenue Officer) or the concerned office.
10. Certificate Collection: After the application is approved, you can download it in your MeeSeva Login or You can visit Nearest Meeseva to get a Physical Copy (But Charges Apply).

1. Gather Require Documents: Collect All required Documents mentioned above. Make Photocopies(Xerox) of every document.

3. Fill Application Form: Fill in your details correctly and attach your documents with it….
4. Submit Form: After Filling the Application Form, attach the required documents and photocopies and submit them to them.
5. Payment: Make the required payment for the OBC application. and they will give you a Receipt.
6. Collect the Receipt and Submit it to the Department: After taking the receipt submit your documents to the Concerned Office for Fast approval.
