Apply Telangana 2BHK Scheme

Families who have not yet applied for the Telangana 2BHK scheme still have time to apply. The 2BHK scheme was started to provide houses to people who are below the poverty line (BPL) and do not own a house in Telangana, even if they have a very low income. To apply for the TS 2BHK scheme, they need some documents, and eligible persons can apply for it.

Eligibility for TS 2BHK Scheme

Must be a permanent Telangana resident.
Families living below the poverty line.
Do not own a house or land previously.
Females should be the head of the Family.
Eligible for SC, ST, OBC, PH, and other minority castes only.

Only one application is required in the name of the head of the family. There is no need to apply for another application within the same family. The person who is listed as the head of the family on the ration card should be the only one to apply. The remaining family members will be automatically included based on the ration card details.

TS 2BHK Apply Process

The Telangana 2BHK Scheme can be applied online or offline. To apply offline, you should visit your concerned district office or MeeSeva Center with all your document photocopies. If you are applying offline, the head of the family must visit the office. You must submit an application form with the required documents.

For online applications, you need to follow the process through a MeeSeva Portal Citizen login . Check the TS 2BHK application process onine.

Before starting the 2BHK application, collect all the required documents.
Visit the official TS MeeSeva portal.
Login/register yourself on the portal. Create a MeeSeva Citizen login.
After logging in, you will see the MeeSeva Citizen login homepage. In the search bar, search for “2BHK”. You will see a list of services; select the 2BHK scheme service first.

Here, the 2BHK application begins. You need to enter all the details and upload the mentioned documents.
In the third section, you can add family member details one by one by clicking on the “Add Member” option.
Fields with a red star (*) next to them are mandatory fields. You must fill in these fields, but the remaining fields are optional.

After submitting the application, you need to make a payment of approximately Rs. 35-75.
Now, an application receipt will be generated. Take a printout of it for future reference. You can submit the application form to the district office, but this is optional.

Telangana 2BHK Application Status Check

Telangana 2BHK scheme status is available on the MeeSeva portal, but it does not confirm that you have been allotted a house or flat. However, you can check the allotted list PDF.

Find the ‘ Know your application status’ option, you can see at right side in home.

Enter your application number and click the search icon.
After entering the captcha and submit
Now you can see your application status in the status section.

2nd Phase of 2BHK distribution was held on 17-09-2023, you can check the list of beneficiaries in the PDF provided by the Government of Telangana 2bhk.telangana.gov portal. PDF contains the Department serial number, Applicant name, Mobile number and Aadhaar number.

2BHK, 3rd Phase Beneficiaries List

On September 27th date, The Telangana government announced the third phase list of beneficiaries for the 2BHK scheme. Check the official website to see if your name is on the list. If your name is on the list, you are eligible for a 2BHK property. The list contains the AC name, Applicant name, Aadhaar number, Mobile number, colony and Flat details.

4th Phase Beneficiaries List

The Telangana government will announce the fourth phase list of beneficiaries for the 2BHK scheme in mid-October. After announcing the list, they will immediately release the complete beneficiary list PDF on the official 2BHK portal. You can then check your name on the list. If you are allotted a house, you will be notified on your registered mobile number.
