GHMC Late Birth Registration Process | Child Name Inclusion, Birth Certificate Download

Birth Certificate is a legal document which consists details of the person, It is a very usefull document for Passport, School Admissions, Government Benefits and for applying Aadhaar Card. GHMC Late Birth Registration Process is available for users who are very late applying and for whom who are born in home. In Telangana Birth/Death Certificates issued by mainly 2 Departments they are:

CDMA : CDMA (Commissioner And Director of Municipal Administration) is the Government body which provides guidance to Municipal Corporations and Municipalities in performing their day to day activities in adherence to the policies, procedures and guidelines. CDMA also issues Birth/Death Certificates for persons born in the CDMA area.

GHMC : GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) is the government body that manages all day-to-day activities and other municipal activities in Hyderabad City. The GHMC Birth/Death department is responsible for persons born in the GHMC area.

GHMC Birth Certificate

GHMC stands for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. GHMC Birth/Death Department is the responsible for the persons who are born or live in GHMC area. Process of Getting Birth Certificate in GHMC area depends on 2 conditions:

1. For Newborn Babies:

If a child is born in a hospital, the hospital will send the birth details to GHMC. In this case, you can directly obtain the birth certificate from any MeeSeva center.

If the child is born at home or at a relative’s home, you must visit the GHMC Birth Department within 21 days of the birth date. They will register the child’s birth details on the GHMC portal. After that, you can apply for inclusion of the child’s name in the birth certificate.

2. For Adults:

If an adult does not have a birth certificate, they must follow the Non-Availability and Late Registration of Birth (LRBD) process to obtain Birth Certificate. Children’s who are not applied Birth Certificate within 21 days of Birth and Complete more than 1 year those also follow Non-Availability and Late Registration of Birth Process. Here we will discuss complete process of Non-Availability and LRBD apply.

Apply GHMC Non-Availability in Telangana

A Non-Availability Certificate is a document that shows that a person does not have a birth record at any Birth Department. It is required to apply for a late registration of birth certificate. Non-Availability can be applied through online or offline process.

Online Method:

To apply online first you have to create MeeSeva Citizen login.

• Visit TS MeeSeva Official Portal: Visit TS MeeSeva Official Portal. Login to the MeeSeva Portal as Citizen.
• In home Search bar search as Non Availability, after select Non-Availability Service.

• Non-availability Application will appear fill your details correctly.
• Required Documents: Aadhaar Card, Parents ID Proofs, Study Certificates…etc.
• After filling application upload your documents shown below in desired format.
• Now Submit form, payment page will appear pay the Fee.
• In some cases just after the payment Non-Availability Certificate will download otherwise you have to wait for some days to approve.
• After Getting Non-Availability Certificate you to apply for Late Registration of Birth Certificate.

Offline Method:

• Visit Nearest MeeSeva Center: Visit any Nearest MeeSeva Center.
• Collect Application Form: Collect GHMC Non-Availability application form or you can download it online.
• Fill Application Form: Fill the complete details in the application form correctly according to your documents.
• Submit Form: After filling application form attach required documents and submit the application.
• In some cases just after the payment Non-Availability Certificate will download otherwise you have to wait for some days to approve.

TS GHMC Late Birth Registration Process Online

GHMC Late Birth Registration:- Person who are not applied Birth certificate in time they can apply Birth certificate by LRBD process, for this first you have complete Non-Availability process. LRBD (Late Registration of Birth/Death) also applied through Online and Offline. Offline process also similar to Non-Availability Process just required some more document that is Non-Availability Certificate And Notary.

LRBD Online Process

• Visit the official MeeSeva portal.
• Create a MeeSeva Citizen login in the portal and continue login.
• After login, you have to find the LRBD service. Use the search bar to find it.

• Click on the Late Registration of Birth/Death Certificate option. After that, you can see the LRBD application form.
• In the Non-Availability section, select the GHMC option. Then, your complete Non-Availability details will be transferred here. Enter Remaining Details And Upload Documents, and continue to Submit, pay Fee’s.
• After you will get Application Receipt, take print of it and submit all document with application receipt in your Concerned MRO.

• The LRBD application can take more than 60 working days to approve. To speed up the process, you can approach the MRO officer.
• This is how you can complete GHMC Late Birth Registration process.

GHMC Birth Record Search

GHMC stores all birth and death records in its systems. If you were born in an institutional hospital but do not know the registration number of your birth certificate, you can use the Search Birth Records option. This option is only valid for people who were born in hospitals and people who already have a GHMC birth certificate but have lost or misplaced their registration number. let’s See the process of GHMC Birth Records Search.

1. Visit the official MeeSeva portal and log in to the portal with your citizen login.
2. Navigate to the GHMC Birth Portal by clicking on the “GHMC” option at the top of the home page.
3. Select first option “Birth and Death Certificates GHMC”.

4. Select the service type as “Birth” and click on the “Search” option.

5. In the new popup page, select your date of birth, birth circle, and gender, and submit.

6. Now you have to look where is your birth details, If you can find your birth details, check the box located at the left side and submit.

7. You will now be able to see your birth certificate details. If your child name not included in the certificate then you can follow below inclusion process.

8. Enter your remaining details and pay the Fee’s, after the payment you can download your Birth Certificate in PDF format.

Note: If you cannot find your birth details, Use this technique first find Hospital name after finding hospital name now find parents names, if you can’t see parents names you can match address details, Hospital name>> Parents name>>or Address. Try searching with different circles. If you still cannot find your details, you may need to contact the GHMC office.

Child Name Inclusion in GHMC Birth Certificate

Person who has a birth certificate but the name not included in the Certificate then you should follow this process. GHMC Name Inclusion in the birth certificate can be done online or offline at MeeSeva. However, we suggest the offline process because GHMC recently made its rules stricter due to scams in the Birth/Death Department in recent days. If you still want to apply online, you can follow the LRBD apply process; both are similar, but Child name inclusion in GHMC takes more time in Citizen login.

• Visit Any Nearest MeeSeva or GHMC Birth/Death Department, collect GHMC Child name inlcusion application form.
• Fill the application form correctly, Write child name in Block letters to avoid spelling mistakes and attach require documents such as Parents Aadhaar card, Hospital Discharge Report, Notary.
• Submit application form to the Officials, after they will process your application and give you application receipt.
• Track your application, approval process takes nearly 3-7 working days.
• After approval of application, you can take Physical certificate at any MeeSeva center.

Persons who live in the GHMC area can only apply for a GHMC Birth Certificate, remaining can apply at CDMA or Gram Pachayath office. But the certificate is valid anywhere. A Birth Certificate is a very important certificate, and everyone must apply for one.
