YSR Asara Scheme Overview వైఎస్ఆర్ ఆసరా పథకం
Launched on September 11, 2020, the YSR Aasara scheme is one of the Navaratnalu, a list of nine welfare schemes proposed by the YSRCP party in August 2020. This initiative aims to uplift rural and urban women belonging to Dwakra groups (Self-Help Groups) by clearing their outstanding bank loans.
Under YSR Aasara, the government will pay off bank loans taken by Dwakra groups in four phases. However, this benefit applies only to loans taken before April 11, 2019, and still pending repayment.
YSR Aasara was launched by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. It aims to empower women by providing financial relief and enabling them to focus on their businesses and families.

- Applicant must be a citizen of Andhra Pradesh.
- Applicant must be a member of a self-help group (e.g., Dwakra).

Here are the steps to check your YSR Asara status and other details:
- Visit the YSR Asara Portal: https://apmepma.gov.in/
- Click on the “SM&ID” option in the services bar at the top of the home page.
- Select either “SHG Basic Report” or “SHG Caste Report” from the drop-down menu.
- Choose your district (you can also check constituency-wise data report status).
- List of municiples list appear, Select your municipal corporation from the list that appears.
- Choose your CO from the list that appears.
- Select your slum from the list that appears (or select your TLF).
- Now you can View your SHG data, including status, bank details, TLF ID, SHG count, and corpus.
- You can download your data as excel just click on Download icon on right side.
YSR Asara Scheme Stats
