Online Application:
- Visit the CEO Election Maharashtra portal.
- On the homepage, locate the “Services” bar and select the “Elections” option.
- A dropdown menu will appear; choose the “Graduates and Teachers Constituencies Election” option.
- A new MLC Elections page will open, where you can find details such as MLC election information, MLC constituencies list, upcoming MLC elections, schedule, instructions, public notices, and other relevant details.
- To proceed with MLC voter registration, click on the “Online Facility for Enrollment” option.
- The MLC voter application form will open with nine sections, but the process is straightforward. Begin by selecting your constituency.
- Applicant Details: Enter your personal information, including name, date of birth, and gender.
- Applicant Relative Details: Provide details about your relative, including their type and name.
- Qualification: Select your qualification, passing year, university name, and occupation.
- Disability Details: If applicable, provide information about any disability; otherwise, leave it empty.
- Address: Enter your present address accurately as per the given proof.
- Assembly Details: If you have a normal voter card, select “Yes” and enter the details of the assembly and EPIC number.
- Aadhaar: Choose “Yes” if you want to share Aadhaar with ECI; enter the number. Otherwise, select “No.”
- Upload Section: In the last section, upload your documents in JPG and PDF formats. The maximum size for all documents is 1MB. Upload your photo and signature in JPG format, and other documents in PDF format.
- Preview Your Details: Review your details carefully and submit the application.
- After submission, a reference number will be generated, and a notification will be sent to your contact details.
- The concerned Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) will verify the information, and further processing will occur. Once approved, a message will be sent to your contact details.
Offline Process:
To apply for Maharashtra MLC voting offline, you need to download the application form. After downloading, fill out the application form accurately and attach copies of the required documents. Visit the concerned MRO or ECI office and submit your application. After submitting the application, officer will verify documents and approve it, you can download the receipt online and cast your vote.
